Firmen Sowers is a 20-year veteran
of the fitness industry. He is a Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and a 23-year veteran of a mixture of martial arts. His specialty of strengthening and conditioning the body is individualized for each client according to his or her own needs. He specializes in working with a variety of modalities to
include yoga, kettlebells, and pilates-based movements.
